Senior Manager Group Accounting

About the role

As a Senior Manager Group Accounting, you will actively shape the development of IFRS financial reporting and lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements. You will manage the consolidation of group companies, optimize financial processes, and serve as the primary contact for external auditors and consultants. This key role is essential for driving the financial scaling and future viability of the FINN group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements according to IFRS including notes.
• Manage the development of IFRS financial reporting and enforce group-wide accounting policies such as IFRS 16 and IFRS 9.
• Execute the consolidation of all group companies using LucaNet and drive process automation and improvement.
• Represent the group in IFRS audit and accounting matters with international auditing firms, authorities, and external consultants.
• Provide expert advice to interdisciplinary teams on complex IFRS accounting and reporting issues.

Qualifications
