About the role

Black Semiconductor GmbH is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Key User to serve as the central interface between business stakeholders and external SAP consultants. The role involves translating business requirements into system solutions and maintaining the SAP S/4HANA landscape across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions. You will drive continuous process improvements and system optimization to support the company's operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business departments and external SAP consulting partners.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system enhancements.
• Maintain and support the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring stable and efficient system operations.
• Coordinate and manage change requests, system improvements, and minor configuration adjustments in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, business processes, test results, and customizations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
