AI Architect, Finance

About the role

The AI Architect, Finance will serve as the principal technical designer for AI-driven solutions within the Finance organization. This role focuses on prototyping and launching production-grade systems, including agentic AI and machine learning models for forecasting and planning. The architect will influence technical direction, establish architectural standards, and partner with finance teams to translate complex problems into pragmatic technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build agentic AI systems to automate finance workflows such as close, consolidations, and reporting.
• Design multi-agent orchestration systems with appropriate guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Implement machine learning models for revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasting.
• Establish backtesting, model monitoring, and performance benchmarks for financial models.
• Define standards for prompt engineering, RAG, and agent observability.
• Mentor finance analysts and engineering teams on AI and ML concepts and responsible use.
• Establish and enforce responsible AI practices including model risk management and bias reviews.
