Senior Data Platform Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will build and shape our Snowflake platform while setting technical standards and providing leadership to the team. You will be responsible for developing our new data lake, establishing Snowflake as the company's data foundation, and creating a new BI landscape. This role offers the opportunity to influence architectural decisions and communicate directly with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in architectural decision-making and set technical standards for the platform.
• Build and maintain the new data lake and Snowflake data foundation.
• Develop automated, performant, and stable data pipelines using CI/CD practices.
• Integrate data from sister companies to enable advanced forecasting.
• Coach team members and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
