Stage PLC Software: Ontwikkeling Labelmachine

About the role

In this internship, you will work on developing software for an automatic labeling machine for steel profiles. You will be responsible for controlling a physical prototype, including sensor integration, motion control, and PLC programming using Beckhoff TwinCAT. You will be involved in the entire process from initial programming to testing and commissioning the system.

Responsibilities

• Develop control software for an automatic labeling machine using Beckhoff PLC and TwinCAT
• Integrate sensors to determine the position of moving steel profiles
• Establish communication between the PLC and the labeling machine
• Test, optimize, and commission the integrated system
• Work independently on a solution applicable to machine building
