About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Tech Advisory, you will play a key role in complex transformation projects, supporting clients in the digital and organizational evolution of their business models. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and change management to deliver structured, sustainable results. The role involves applying agile methodologies and ensuring clear communication between business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting transformation initiatives by optimizing organizations, processes, and ways of working
• Managing the interface between business and IT to align requirements and project objectives
• Planning, coordinating, and delivering projects with a focus on sustainable results
• Applying agile methodologies and taking on roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Designing and supporting transformation processes including stakeholder management
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing efficient, digitally enabled processes
• Conducting structured analyses and preparing reports for decision-makers and steering committees
