About the role

The Data & Automation team acts as a center of excellence for data and process optimization at OMR. As an Analytics Engineer, you will own central data models, bridging complex data structures with business impact. You will be responsible for ticketing, event data, finance reporting, and marketing attribution models to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop ticketing and event data models in dbt.
  • Build reliable ticket forecasting based on historical sales data and pricing.
  • Manage finance data models and create working capital reporting.
  • Develop cross-channel attribution models for marketing ROI analysis.
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests, exports, and dashboard adjustments for business units.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and event teams to translate requirements into scalable data models.
