Senior Fullstack Developer – Business Automation

About the role

You will take ownership of a productive automation landscape, managing business logic within HubSpot workflows and custom backend services. This role focuses on technical enablement, scaling internal software products, and evolving the CRM and integration architecture. You will bridge the gap between technical systems and business processes to ensure robust, scalable operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop TypeScript-based automations and services within the HubSpot CRM ecosystem.
• Build and maintain HubSpot apps and UI extensions using React.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, app versioning, and token rotation.
• Operate and optimize custom-code automations within HubSpot workflows.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, including data corrections and script-based backfills.
• Design and implement robust API and event-driven integrations between HubSpot and core systems.
