About the role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will serve Instructure’s customers by fulfilling both project management and technical consultation responsibilities. You will manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure while providing expert technical guidance on SaaS platform configurations and integrations. This role requires balancing client expectations with internal resource management to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform project requirements gathering and create project charter documentation.
- Prepare project schedules, resource assignments, and risk mitigation plans.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct internal project retrospective meetings to support continuous improvement.
- Consult customers on SSO integration, data integrations, and platform configuration.
- Identify and design ways AI can be used to increase customer time to value.
- Build and maintain technical documentation regarding integrations and systems.
- Guide customers on leveraging APIs for Instructure products.
