About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the stable and reliable operation of modern cloud platforms for an established German cloud and IT infrastructure provider. You will lead a technical team, optimize operational processes, and ensure the availability and performance of complex cloud infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the stable operation of complex cloud, virtualization, and container platforms.
• Lead the operations team professionally and disciplinarily while developing staff.
• Ensure high service quality and manage 3rd-level support, incident, and escalation processes.
• Optimize operational processes, identify improvement potential, and drive automation.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to manage the transition of new platform features into production.
