About the role

The Technical Sourcer will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Risk functions. Working closely with Talent Partners and hiring leaders, the role involves using market intelligence and creative sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines for key hiring challenges.

Responsibilities

• Building and executing sourcing strategies for technical and hard-to-fill roles using market mapping and creative search techniques
• Partnering with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines
• Proactively engaging passive talent across multiple channels with compelling outreach
• Using data and funnel insights to optimise sourcing performance and inform hiring decisions
• Acting as a market expert by sharing competitor insights and market trends
• Leveraging AI and modern sourcing tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement
