Facility Manager - Plasma Center

About the role

The Facility Manager will oversee facility management operations for plasma centers at the main site in Marburg and other locations across Germany. This role involves ensuring high service quality, managing external service providers, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position also requires financial oversight, including budget planning and cost control, while leading a cross-site team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract-compliant delivery of all facility management services within the site portfolio.
• Manage, coordinate, and develop external service providers with a focus on soft services like cleaning, waste management, and hygiene.
• Monitor performance indicators, service levels, and quality standards to implement continuous improvements.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary point of contact for operational facility management topics.
• Manage commercial aspects including budget planning, cost control, forecasting, and financial target achievement.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a small cross-site team to foster a customer-oriented culture.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety standards, and quality regulations.

Qualifications
