About the role

As a Facility Management Property Manager, you will be responsible for the technical operation of properties, including compliance and operator obligations. You will lead the technical team, coordinate resources, and manage maintenance, renovation, and repair measures. The role also involves developing maintenance strategies, ensuring adherence to legal regulations, and acting as a central point of contact for clients and authorities.
