About the role
The HR Manager will act as a strategic and operational partner for a technical division, advising leadership and staff on HR matters. The role involves managing organizational development, change processes, and day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Advise and coach managers on all relevant HR issues.
- Manage employee relations and labor law matters while working with employee representatives.
- Design and implement organizational development, change management, and performance management processes.
- Execute HR projects and improve internal policies, processes, and standards.
- Support group-wide HR initiatives, including restructuring and transformation projects.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
