Marketing Manager

About the role

Rügamer & Steiner is an e-commerce agency looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead their marketing department from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders to drive new customer acquisition, enhance personal branding, and manage content production across various channels. This role involves end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to publication, to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new customers.
• Manage personal branding for the founders, primarily on LinkedIn.
• Plan and produce content for newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, and advertisements.
• Write high-converting copy including hooks, posts, scripts, and ad texts.
• Oversee projects independently from initial idea to final publication.
