Logistics Manager - Retail & D2C

About the role

HOLY is looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee retail and D2C operations during a period of rapid omnichannel growth. You will be responsible for ensuring retail orders are fulfilled on time, managing 3PL partnerships, and optimizing logistics workflows to maintain high service standards. This role acts as a key bridge between internal teams and external partners to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for ensuring that retail orders are complete and ready for shipment on time.
• Own Retail OTIF performance and proactively steer against deviations with fulfillment partners and retail customers.
• Coordinate display assembly, capacity planning, timelines, and escalations.
• Support reliable D2C order fulfillment, inventory flow, replenishment, and delivery performance.
• Act as an operational contact for fulfillment partners across Retail and D2C topics to ensure SLA adherence.
• Track retail and D2C logistics KPIs and turn them into actionable insights to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Act as the communication bridge between Logistics, Inside Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external partners.
