This role involves strategic planning, process analysis, and hands-on operational support to drive business growth and internal development. You will gain firsthand experience in company building and AI integration within the mid-market sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the founder in strategic planning and execution of AI projects.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI implementation and optimization.
• Prepare client meetings, concepts, and presentations.
• Manage daily operational tasks and contribute to internal process development.
