About the role

The Talentspring Academy Group is looking for a student to join their Business Operations team to help drive data-driven processes and automation. You will be responsible for developing internal reporting dashboards, identifying manual workflows for automation, and implementing AI-powered solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern tools like Claude Code, HubSpot, and Zapier to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business operations dashboards using Claude Code and integrate data from HubSpot and other systems.
• Define and document key performance indicators and ensure data quality by identifying and resolving gaps.
• Identify recurring manual processes and implement automation using Zapier, HubSpot workflows, APIs, or custom scripts.
• Create AI-supported workflows and integrations using Claude, MCP, and various system APIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage projects independently.
