Chief Business Officer

About the role

This role is a late co-founder position responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution for an offshore compute venture. You will define the go-to-market roadmap, secure multi-million-dollar off-take agreements, and translate client requirements into onboard architecture specifications. The position requires deep expertise in AI infrastructure, GPU economics, and energy systems to establish floating compute as a new asset class.

Responsibilities

• Write the go-to-market strategy from a blank page.
• Build the global commercial roadmap from demonstrator workloads to full fleet monetisation.
• Negotiate and close off-take agreements, capacity reservations and JVs with neoclouds, AI labs, CSPs and Tier-1 HPC operators.
• Design offers built for wind-backed power profiles including fault-tolerant batch training and dynamic pricing.
• Translate client requirements such as SLA, latency and direct-to-chip liquid cooling into onboard architecture specs.
• Represent the company at top AI, cloud and infrastructure summits worldwide.
