About the role

The Senior Line Lead is responsible for the Nut Packaging and Nut Processing teams at the Doetinchem facility, overseeing approximately 60 colleagues. This role focuses on optimizing production output, driving continuous improvement through the Integrated Work System (IWS), and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability. You will provide leadership, set clear priorities, and ensure the operational success of the production area while reporting to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the Nut Packaging and Nut Processing teams.
• Guide the organization through IWS phases and facilitate daily direction setting meetings.
• Analyze production variables such as consumption, lead times, and deviations using ERP, FMES, and Ultimo systems.
• Support and develop team members through regular presence on the production floor.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Quality Control, and Technology departments on process improvements and projects.
