About the role
The RevOps Analyst will support and extend go-to-market systems by implementing, customizing, and scaling Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack. This role involves building custom tooling and AI-powered workflows to turn strategy into working systems. You will work closely with business operations stakeholders, the sales team, and cross-functional collaborators to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend Salesforce functionality including Apex, LWC, Flows, and custom objects.
- Implement GTM workflows, automation, and data models across Salesforce and related tools.
- Support custom forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, and reporting.
- Facilitate the variable compensation program through data quality and management support.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards to surface pipeline health and GTM performance.
- Empower end users to build their own reports through templates and permission structures.
- Manage day-to-day data hygiene including deduplication, field standardization, and bulk list uploads.
- Serve as the first line of defense for end-user support and troubleshoot lead routing and assignment issues.
