Engineering Manager - Mobile

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Team Pegasus, which is responsible for the Awin Mobile App and its backend platform. You will lead two teams focused on building our Flutter-based mobile application and the APIs and backend services that power it. This is a leadership role focused on coaching, strategy, and delivery rather than hands-on coding.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor engineers, fostering their growth and career development.
• Drive recruitment efforts and ensure successful onboarding for new team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, track individual development plans, and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define team objectives and OKRs.
• Enable the team to take ownership of the software delivery lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes within the team, resolving conflicts when necessary.
• Coordinate with Product, UX and other engineering teams to deliver on shared goals.
• Champion AI-assisted development, code generation and agentic coding workflows to accelerate delivery across the team.
