Full Stack Engineer

About the role

You will help ship new features for our core ERP product and our AI-driven product, Paula. You will own the entire development lifecycle from understanding the problem and conceptualizing the solution to implementation and production deployment. We operate as a small team with fast cycles, utilizing agentic development workflows to build and maintain scalable software.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement features across the frontend and backend
• Manage the full lifecycle of features from development to production ownership
• Develop and integrate new use cases for our AI product, Paula
• Build and maintain integrations and interfaces such as DATEV-Export
• Utilize AI agents to accelerate development and review processes
