About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive commercial relationships with institutions in Singapore, including exchanges, banks, and Web3 native teams. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals, while positioning CertiK's security and compliance solutions. You will work closely with technical and policy teams to address the specific risk and regulatory needs of sophisticated clients.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline generation and prospecting through outbound, inbound qualification, referrals, and event presence.
  • Full-cycle deal execution including discovery, scoping, proposal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
  • Solution positioning by mapping CertiK's portfolio to client risk, regulatory, and commercial pressures.
  • Account management and expansion to drive renewals and act as the primary commercial point of contact.
  • Develop channel and referral relationships with law firms, consultancies, and industry associations.
  • Track competitive and pricing landscapes to provide feedback for product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Coordinate with policy, product, engineering, and marketing teams to build winning proposals and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity records while reporting against quarterly targets.
