About the role

Anzel is an AI platform designed to transform commercial sports knowledge into actionable insights for clubs, leagues, and federations. This role involves managing the platform's knowledge layer, ensuring the AI's output is accurate and expert-validated. You will act as a domain expert, directing AI agents and translating industry expertise into structured, usable knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own anzel's knowledge layer end to end and decide what anzel needs to learn next
• Maintain the master list of all platform capabilities to ensure they are organized and accurate
• Build a network of sports-commercial experts and convert their knowledge into usable data
• Write clear skill briefs and define quality standards for AI evaluations
• Direct three AI agents focused on expert interviews, use-case management, and industry scanning
