About the role

The Senior Sports Practitioner will own the knowledge layer of an AI platform designed for the sports business industry. This role involves translating commercial expertise into structured knowledge, managing expert networks, and directing AI agents to produce high-quality outputs for sports clubs, leagues, and federations.

Responsibilities

• Own anzel's knowledge layer end to end and decide what the system needs to learn next
• Maintain the master list of system capabilities to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness
• Build a network of sports-commercial experts and convert their knowledge into usable formats
• Write clear skill briefs and define quality standards for AI evaluations
• Direct three AI agents for expert interviews, use-case management, and industry scanning

Qualifications

• Commercial experience at a league, federation or club in sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, media or licensing
