Payroll Accountant

About the role

The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for managing payroll processing, personnel account administration, and HR accounting tasks. This role involves monitoring payroll metrics, preparing statistics, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The position requires close collaboration with finance and payroll teams while serving as a point of contact for external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing including data verification and payment reconciliation.
• Administer personnel accounts and handle HR-related payments.
• Monitor payroll metrics and prepare statistical reports such as earnings surveys and labor cost analyses.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing for personnel costs.
• Collaborate with payroll, financial accounting, and external auditors.
