About the role

The Payroll Specialist will independently manage monthly payroll processing using SAGE HR while ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined processes. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and management regarding payroll inquiries and involves communication with social security agencies and authorities. The position contributes to the ongoing development and standardization of HR processes within the group.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly payroll processing using SAGE HR independently and on time.
• Serve as a dedicated contact person for employees and managers regarding payroll questions.
• Manage multiple clients and ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.
• Communicate with health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities.
• Contribute experience to the further development and standardization of HR processes.
