About the role

The Research Engineer will join the research team to work at the frontier of audio AI, shaping the models behind products used by millions. The role focuses on training state-of-the-art models, improving existing architectures, and designing rigorous benchmarks to evaluate model performance.

Responsibilities

• Train state-of-the-art models across various modalities.
• Improve existing models through post-training, data curation, and architectural enhancements.
• Develop novel training paradigms to push model capabilities further.
• Design and implement rigorous benchmarks and evaluation frameworks to assess model iterations.
