About the role

Creative Dreams is a performance creative agency specializing in data-driven creatives for Meta and TikTok ads. They are seeking a UGC Creator Manager to join their Content & Creators team. In this role, you will manage creators, handle sourcing and negotiations, and oversee content quality to ensure the delivery of high-performing social ads.

Responsibilities

• Support the acquisition and sourcing of new creators
• Negotiate terms and usage rights
• Brief creators for paid social content
• Review content, manage filing, and provide feedback to creators
• Assist with on-site shoots in the Düsseldorf area
