About the role

The Transformation Portfolio Director will lead and coordinate a significant portfolio of transformation initiatives for a major global pharmaceutical client. This role ensures strong governance, delivery discipline, and senior stakeholder alignment across the R&D function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple transformation workstreams across the R&D portfolio
• Drive delivery by managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance across the programme
• Engage senior stakeholders, including SVP-level clients, to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges
