About the role
Tonies is seeking an experienced Graphic/Visual Designer to own the design output of the accessories portfolio. You will be responsible for CMF direction, 2D asset creation, product renders, and licensor approval submissions throughout the product development process. This role focuses on creating physical products that resonate with children and families while maintaining brand integrity across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Direct CMF for all accessories categories including headphones, nightlights, bags, and decoration.
- Build design briefs for ODM/OEM manufacturing partners and manage the construction sample process.
- Lead first sample and golden sample approvals against brand and CMF standards.
- Manage the end-to-end licensor design submission process for all IP partnerships.
- Own and maintain the Accessories Style Guides to ensure visual coherence across all SKUs.
- Present design routes to Senior Product Managers and collaborate with operations on sample logistics.

Qualifications
