Senior Product Designer UX/UI – Conversational & Agentic AI

About the role

PAIDAI GmbH is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design and UX strategy for their agentic AI platform. You will shape how users interact with AI across multiple channels including chat, voice, and email, ensuring the experience is transparent, trustworthy, and intuitive. This role involves building the design system, defining information architecture, and working closely with engineering to integrate design decisions into an agent-assisted development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business goals into product concepts and user journeys.
• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform the product roadmap.
• Design cross-channel experiences for chat, messenger, email, and voice interfaces.
• Build and maintain the design system in Figma, including interaction patterns and tone of voice.
• Define design specifications and rules to guide both developers and AI agents in the build process.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and the AI Act through transparent design of data consent and transparency moments.
