About the role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the internal authority on Malt’s pricing architecture, competitive landscape, and product go-to-market strategy. You will own the end-to-end pricing and packaging strategy, bridging Product, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams to translate product value into scalable revenue models. This role involves conducting willingness-to-pay analysis, managing analyst relations, and driving commercial alignment to maximize market penetration and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Own Malt’s global pricing and packaging strategy, fee structures, and monetisation models.
- Drive pricing redesign initiatives, translating frameworks into operational plans and feature configurations.
- Conduct willingness-to-pay research, market benchmarking, and customer value analysis.
- Partner with Finance, Product, Operations, and Sales to operationalize pricing updates and align with business metrics.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Product Management to inform the core product roadmap.
- Build and refine customer personas, vertical segmentation, and messaging frameworks.
- Develop core sales collateral including pitch decks, value propositions, and buyer guides.
- Build and manage the competitive intelligence function and provide actionable guidance to leadership.
- Manage relationships with industry analyst firms and translate ratings into marketing collateral.
