INNERGY is seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to manage product marketing content, web production, and performance campaigns. This role involves crafting compelling messaging, maintaining web pages in WordPress, and optimizing paid search and social media efforts to drive pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on generalist who thrives on ownership and enjoys working in a fast-growing vertical SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate product features into benefit-driven messaging for millwork and cabinetry business owners.
• Write and produce marketing content including landing pages, emails, case studies, and ad copy.
• Build, edit, and maintain web pages in WordPress with a focus on conversion and user experience.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Manage day-to-day campaign budgets, bidding, and creative testing to improve cost-per-lead and ROAS.
• Support full-funnel demand generation programs including webinars, events, and email nurture campaigns.
• Track and report on funnel metrics to contribute to a test-and-learn culture.
