Assistent Teamleider Warehouse

About the role

As an Assistant Team Leader in our warehouse, you will lead a team of 10-20 warehouse employees to ensure efficient and safe operations. You will coach staff, monitor productivity, and solve operational problems as they arise. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining high standards and improving processes on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of daily warehouse processes.
• Communicate operational problems and solutions to Team Leaders.
• Motivate warehouse staff to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Critically evaluate processes to identify and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in cold storage environments (3-6 degrees or -26 degrees)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Minimum availability of 24 hours per week
• Residency in or near Amsterdam/Zaandam or access to a car
