About the role

The Senior Product Manager will take responsibility for product lines in the broker products sector, including liability, home contents, accident, and rental deposit insurance. You will lead the development of these products from initial concept to implementation, collaborating across departments to drive growth and innovation. The role involves deep engagement with sales partners and customers to translate market feedback and business goals into effective product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lines in the broker products sector with a focus on growth and customer value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Claims, and Operations.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial idea to implementation and ongoing operation.
• Analyze customer needs and partner requirements to develop value-added insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate market feedback into product strategy.
