As a Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer, you will join our global Tech team and play a pivotal role in shaping the technical backbone of our operations. You will take full ownership of core development initiatives, optimize complex system architectures, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to engineer innovative, scalable solutions. Your work will directly enable our operational excellence and international growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced customisations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central using AL and related technologies
• Lead the technical architecture for Business Central, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Optimise and maintain Business Central environments to ensure high availability and integration
• Develop and maintain integrations across the IT portfolio using APIs, Power Platform, and modern tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to guarantee high performance and operational efficiency
• Evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services, and development tools to drive automation and innovation
