Retail Controller

About the role

The Retail Controller will act as a business partner for relevant stakeholders and manage operative retail controlling. This role involves budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and the development of KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. The position also requires supporting country-level financial managers and assisting with quarterly and annual closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail controlling and act as a business partner for relevant stakeholders
• Maintain and further develop operative retail controlling processes
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Conduct variance analyses and derive actionable recommendations
• Create, develop, and monitor KPI dashboards and reports in MS Power BI
• Ensure standardized, data-based reporting and analysis
• Support country-level financial managers and assist with quarterly and annual closing tasks

Qualifications
