AI Associate - Voice-Agents

About the role

Lane One builds and operates voice agents for small and medium-sized businesses in Germany and Austria to handle customer inquiries and processes. As an AI Associate, you will translate client requirements into functional voice agents, integrate them into client systems, and provide ongoing support. You will act as the bridge between client needs and technical implementation on the company's platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops with clients from management to specialist departments.
• Develop and build agents on the platform and integrate them via custom tools into client systems.
• Conduct thorough testing of agents to ensure reliable performance.
• Provide long-term support for the further development and fine-tuning of agents after go-live.
• Structure and relay client feedback to the internal team to improve the platform and templates.
