About the role

The software developer will join the Customer Experience group to design and implement custom solutions for clients. Working with multidisciplinary teams in Paris and Montreal, the role covers the entire development cycle from pre-sales to support. The focus is on creating high-value, innovative solutions while maintaining quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions tailored to specific client needs.
• Maintain and improve components and frameworks used in various solutions.
• Support internal teams, partners, and clients through demonstrations and solution tracking.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
• Participate in technical discussions and team workshops to improve development tools and methods.
