About the role

Genetec is seeking a software developer to join the Customer Experience group to design and implement custom solutions for clients. You will participate in the full development lifecycle, from pre-sales to support, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Paris and Montreal. The role focuses on creating high-value, innovative solutions tailored to specific organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom software solutions to meet specific client requirements.
• Maintain and improve existing components and frameworks.
• Support internal teams, partners, and clients through demonstrations and solution tracking.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
• Participate in technical discussions and team workshops to refine development methods and tools.
