Social Media Manager / Online Marketing Manager

About the role

Schweinebraten IT is seeking a Social Media Manager to increase brand visibility and expand reach across digital channels. You will translate complex topics like data protection, IT, and AI into engaging content while working closely with the founder. The role involves managing social media channels from ideation to analysis and supporting video production.

Responsibilities

• Planning and maintaining the editorial calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Creating posts, thumbnails, and text content from ideation to publication
• Translating technical topics into understandable and engaging content
• Supporting weekly video production including research, scripting, and post-production
• Editing videos and shorts and designing graphics
• Managing community interactions and fostering engagement
• Monitoring trends and competitors to develop new formats
• Analyzing channel statistics to derive improvements
