VP, Quality Assurance

About the role

The VP, Quality Assurance will lead the strategic vision, operations, and financial health of the Quality organization. This role involves overseeing customer audits and inspections while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and client expectations. The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Allucent Leadership team to drive business strategy and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement the business strategy for the Quality department.
• Develop and agree upon operating procedures and business processes.
• Lead executive and senior management team meetings.
• Review audit reports including process, project, and vendor audits.
• Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation.
• Report to internal stakeholders on business strategy, planning, results and performance.
• Support regulatory authority inspections and represent the Quality organization in key meetings.
• Monitor and assure client satisfaction and maintain relationships to win new business.

Qualifications

• Life science, healthcare or business degree
• 15 years of relevant work experience
