Working Student - Online Marketing Coordination

About the role

As a Working Student in Online Marketing Coordination, you will support the team in delivering digital marketing initiatives that connect patients with clinical research opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital campaigns, SEO, and performance analysis while contributing to meaningful healthcare projects. This role requires native-level German and fluent English to effectively support our German-speaking audience.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
• Assist in creating and optimising digital content, including website content, newsletters, landing pages and social media materials.
• Contribute to SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation and website performance monitoring.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports and provide insights to support continuous optimisation.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to help identify opportunities for improving patient recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Online Marketing and other internal teams to support shared business objectives.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Online Marketing team and assist with additional marketing projects as required.
