Senior Director EMEA South

About the role

The Senior Director of Sales, Southern Europe will own CoreWeave’s commercial strategy and execution across France, Italy, Iberia, and the wider Mediterranean region. This leadership role involves building and scaling the regional sales organization, managing new-logo acquisition, and driving growth within an existing customer base. The successful candidate will lead from the front on strategic opportunities while partnering with cross-functional teams to establish CoreWeave as a preferred AI cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the Southern Europe business, including regional strategy, revenue performance, consumption growth, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Design the regional segmentation, territory, account, and coverage model across Enterprise, AI Labs, Digital Natives, and Startup customers.
• Build and scale the regional sales organization, recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing leaders and individual contributors.
• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers, establishing clear expectations and a culture of accountability.
• Personally develop relationships with senior executives, founders, technical leaders, and strategic stakeholders across the region.
• Deliver accurate and transparent forecasts, with clear visibility into customer demand, consumption, commercial risk, and capacity requirements.
• Represent regional customer requirements and market dynamics within CoreWeave to inform global product and go-to-market decisions.
