Medior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Learned is looking for a Medior Full Stack Developer to help build and improve their SaaS platform focused on fair performance and compensation management. You will work across the entire stack using React and Node.js to create intuitive interfaces and scalable backend services, including AI-driven features. This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality code and drive the platform's growth.

Responsibilities

• Shape and build new features in collaboration with product and design teams
• Work in structured weekly sprints
• Write clean, scalable and maintainable code in TypeScript, React and Node.js
• Build and improve performant, secure REST APIs
• Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions
• Review pull requests to maintain high code quality
• Improve developer workflows, CI/CD and automated testing
• Own features from initial idea to deployment
