Head of Supply Chain

About the role

As Head of Supply Chain, you will own the end-to-end supply chain process, including purchasing, warehousing, and logistics across our European network. You will manage assembly and refurbishment partners, oversee ERP and warehouse management systems, and ensure financial accuracy regarding parts consumption and asset usage. This role requires a leader who can build scalable structures while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain end to end including purchasing, warehousing, stock keeping, and outbound logistics.
• Manage assembly and refurbishment partners and own bills of material.
• Take full responsibility for ERP and warehouse management system setup and implementation.
• Design and implement processes, controls, and physical setups for growing operations.
• Guide the company on supply-chain related financials such as transfer prices and landed cost allocation.
• Lead and grow a supply chain organization that scales across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years in a managerial supply chain or operations role
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 direct reports
• English at C1 level or above
