Edl Consulting is seeking an independent and versatile coordinator to support the intersection of HR, marketing, and business development. The role involves managing marketing channels, supporting consulting projects, and assisting with HR operations in a fast-paced boutique environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality, aesthetic professional outputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing channels including LinkedIn, newsletters, and the company website
• Create B2B social media content and ensure brand consistency
• Plan and execute online events, webinars, and partner events
• Support consulting teams with data analysis, research, and presentation preparation
• Assist with HR software implementations and quality assurance
• Manage recruiting tasks such as candidate sourcing and ATS maintenance
• Handle administrative duties to support daily team operations
