Manager - Safety/EHS - O&M

About the role

The Manager - Safety/EHS will serve as the PAN-India O&M Safety Governance Lead, providing oversight for all solar and wind sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of safety standards, systems, and SOPs across operations. Additionally, the manager will act as the central point of contact for safety governance and manage EHS MIS dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS oversight for all O&M solar and wind sites across India.
• Ensure consistent implementation of O&M safety standards, systems, and SOPs across sites.
• Act as the central SPOC for O&M safety governance from the head office.
• Develop and manage EHS MIS dashboards for O&M operations.
• Analyze safety data, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on safety data analysis.
